Appointments can be canceled or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. If something comes up within the 12hr window please text me at 1–516–201–9947 ASAP. If you do not show up to your appointment and don't reach out to me beforehand, this counts as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. After the first no show, all future appointments will require a 50% deposit based on the cost of booked service(s). This fee is nonrefundable ,but is carried over when the appointment(s) are canceled or reschedule witthin the allotted time frame. Any credit cards held in Glossgenius will not be charged unless the client receives a service or does not adhere to policies listed above.
